This function is available only under Isolated margin mode:

Adjusting margin to your position can make your position less prone (increase margin) to liquidation

1. Locate the 'Positions' tab on the bottom part of the trading page.

2. Inside the 'Positions' tab, look for the 'Position Margin' column and click on the pencil icon.

3. A pop-out window will appear. Select whether to increase or decrease margin and manually key in the amount of margin.

*Initial margin cannot be reduced (only the added margin can be reduced)  

4. Adjusting of margin is confirmed when the following message appears on the top-middle part of the trading platform.

Instead of having to manually decrease the additional margin amount to reset it to zero, another alternative method to quickly reset additional margin to zero is to adjust your position leverage.

*In the case of cross margin, the entire account balance of the coin is used to maintain the position, so the position margin cannot be adjusted separately.
