What is "Funds Risk Ratio"?
Risk Ratio = (User's borrowed funds + borrowing interest + overdue interest / User's current asset net value (minus the corresponding funds of the minimum maintenance margin rate, minus experience funds)) * 100%. Where asset net value = User's net value of positive contract USDT assets + conversion of all non-zero currency assets in spot account.
What is the significance of "Funds Risk Ratio"?
1) When the asset risk ratio of the user's trading account is greater than or equal to 80%, the platform has the right to restrict the user's withdrawal, exchange, and transfer rights, including but not limited to transferring to the funding account and copy trading account.
2) When the total asset risk ratio in the user's trading account is greater than or equal to 95%, the platform reserves the right to force close the user's trading account, liquidating all the user's borrowed digital assets and all unpaid service fees under the loan agreement.
