To further enhance the trading experience and convenience for our customers, traders are now able to exchange their coins directly on Zoomex for any of the cryptocurrencies supported on our Spot account, Derivatives account and Funding account. 

Please transfer your funds to one of these accounts before proceeding with conversion.

Here is a detailed guide on the steps to easily conert your assets:

Step 1: The Convert function is available on the Funding Account or Unified Trading Account page

Alternatively, please head to the Assets column on the right side of the Derivatives trading page and click on "Convert".

Step 2: On the Convert page, you can perform the following steps:

(A) Select the account you want to perform the conversion on. If you select Funding Account, it means that only the available balance in your Funding Account will be used for conversion. The converted amount will also be credited to your Funding Account. 

(B) Select the asset that you want to convert.

(C) Enter the amount you want to convert and click on "Quote".

(D) Double check that the details are correct and click on "Confirm Transaction"

If you are performing the conversion from the Derivatives trading page, please note that you will have to click on "Request Quote" to view the exchange rate before converting. If the real-time exchange rate and quoted rate differ by more than 0.5%, your order will be automatically canceled and you have to retry again. 

Notes: 

— The exchange rate is refreshed every 15s. 

— Under Cross Margin, your action may affect your liquidation price.

1. No fees for asset exchanges. By exchanging your assets directly on Zoomex, traders do not have to pay two-way transfer miner fee.

2. For the transaction limit / 24 hours exchange limit for a single accountj, please refer to the table below. 

3. The bonus balance cannot be converted to other coins. It will not be forfeited upon submitting any coin conversion request as well.

4. The Real-Time Exchange Rate is based on the best quote price from several market makers according to the current index price.
