How to Create and Claim Crypto Gifts

Note: The Crypto Gift feature is only available through the Zoomex App.
 

Create Crypto Gifts

Step 1:
Open the Zoomex App, log in to your account, and tap “More” on the homepage.
Step 2:
Select “Crypto Gifts” and then tap “Send Gift.”
Step 3:
Customize your Crypto Gift settings:

a) Type: Choose between Fixed Amount or Random Amount.

b) Quantity: Set the maximum number of recipients.

c) Amount Settings:

Random Amount: Enter the total amount, and the system will randomly distribute it to recipients.

Fixed Amount: Specify a fixed amount for each recipient—everyone receives the same amount.

d) Custom Message: Edit or replace the system-generated message with your personalized note. (Note: Inappropriate language is automatically filtered.)

e) Theme: Pick a design theme for your gift

f) Gift Validity: Gifts not claimed before the expiry date will be refunded to your account.

g) Claim Conditions (Optional): Set eligibility criteria, such as “No Restrictions,” “Invited Users Only,” or “New Users Only.”

h) Password Protection: Add a password for claiming the gift if needed. Keep the password secure to prevent misuse.

Once all settings are configured, tap “Send Gift.”
 
Step 4:
Complete security verification by entering the verification code on the prompted page, then tap “Confirm.”
 
Step 5:
The system will generate a shareable gift link and a poster with a QR code. Share the link or poster with your friends, and they can claim your gift instantly!
 

View History Records

To view your Crypto Gift history, tap the History icon in the top-right corner of the page. In the “Sent” section, you can see detailed information.
 
 

How to Claim Zoomex Crypto Gifts

Important Notes:

  • New Users Only: If the red packet is set to “New Users Only,” it can only be claimed by users who register after the sender distributes the crypto gift.
  • Expiration Date: If the gift is not claimed before the expiry date, the remaining balance will be refunded to the sender’s account.
  • Identity Verification: If identity verification is not completed within 24 hours after claiming the gift, the gift amount will be refunded to the sender, and the claim record will be cleared. Other users will then be able to claim the gift.
  • Availability: The Crypto Gift feature is available only through the Zoomex App.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1:
Claim the Gift Amount
Click the gift link or scan the QR code on the poster to claim your gift.
Alternatively, you can go to the Zoomex App homepage, tap More, then tap Crypto Gifts and Claim Gift.
 
Step 2:
Claim with Password
If the gift requires a password, follow these steps:
a) Enter the password directly in the Zoomex App.
b) After scanning the QR code, copy the password and then tap Claim to complete the process.
 

How to View Gift Details

To view the details of claimed gifts:
1. Go to History Records: Tap the History icon in the top-right corner of the page.
2. View Detailed Information: In the “Claimed” section, find and tap the relevant gift to check your claim details.
3. View the Claimed Amount:
• Open the Zoomex App, tap Assets in the bottom menu.
• Access your funding account and view the claimed amount.
