For first-time 1000X Futures trading, please follow the steps below to place your initial order.

PC/Desktop: 

Step 1: Visit Zoomex.com and log in to your account. Then, navigate to the Futures section and select 1000x Futures to access the trading page.

Step 2: In the Trading Pair section, choose the trading pair you wish to trade.

Step 3: Enter your margin amount and set your desired leverage. You may select leverage of up to 1000x.

Step 4: Click Long or Short to open a long position order or a short position order.

Step 5: To close an existing position, go to the Position tab. Under the Close Position column, click Cash Out to close the position.

To review your trading history, please navigate to the Historical Orders tab and click on it. Your past trading records will then be displayed.

APP:

Step 1: Open the app and log in to your account. Tap the Futures section, then tap the 1000x icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select your preferred trading pair from the dropdown menu located in the upper-left corner. Then, tap Long or Short to begin the position opening process.

Step 3: Enter your margin amount and set your desired leverage. You may select leverage of up to 1000x.

Step 4: Tap the Long or Short button to place a long position order or a short position order.

Step 5: To close an existing position, go to the Position tab, locate the position you wish to close, and click Cash Out to close it.

To review your trading history, click on the Historical Orders tab. Your past trading records will then be displayed.

Important Notes

• All trades will be executed using funds from your Funding Account. Please ensure that your available balance in the Funding Account is sufficient before placing an order.
• Once a position is closed, any realized profit will be credited to your Funding Account.
• New users are encouraged to start with lower leverage levels while becoming familiar with the platform and its trading functions.
