Affiliates can now set and manage the commission rebate rates for their direct sub-affiliates directly through the Affiliate Portal, without requiring assistance from a BD representative.
Please note that this feature only allows you to manage the commission settings for your direct sub-affiliates. Each affiliate is responsible for configuring or modifying the commission rates for their own direct sub-affiliates, and cannot manage the commission settings of lower-level sub-affiliates.
How to Configure Commission Rebate Rates
Step 1: Go to affiliates.zoomex.com and log in to your affiliate account.
Step 2: Click the Commissions dropdown menu to expand the available options.
Step 3: Select Commission Settings.
Step 4: Click Set Direct Sub-Affiliate Commission Rate to open the commission settings window.
Step 5: Verify your available commission quota, then enter the desired commission rate in the New Rate field for the specific affiliate you want to configure. The Remarks field is optional and can be used to add relevant notes. Once completed, click Submit.
Step 6: Review the commission details carefully. If everything is correct, click Confirm to apply the changes.
Step 7: Done.
Note: Changes will take effect the following day. All trades made by direct clients from 00:00 UTC on the following day will be recalculated using the new commission rate, with settlement processed on a T+1 basis after the next day's reconciliation. Affected direct sub-affiliates will also be notified of the updated commission rate.
