Before attempting verification for the Zoomex Card, please note that eligibility depends on three different conditions. Meeting one condition alone does not guarantee that verification will be successful.

1. Supported Countries / Territories

Zoomex Card services are only available to users who currently reside in supported countries or territories. If your location is not supported, you will not be able to proceed with the application.

2. Restricted Nationalities

In some cases, certain nationalities are restricted from completing KYC verification, even if the user resides in a supported country. This is due to regulatory and compliance requirements.

3. Supported Identity Documents

Even if you meet the two conditions above, verification will only work if your identity document is supported by the verification provider.

The list below shows the supported document types for each country. Document availability depends on the issuing country and document type (e.g., passport, national ID, residence permit).
