How do I apply to be a Copy Trading Master Trader?
You can click on Become a Trader on the Copy Trading Page to apply as a Master Trader. For more information, please refer to How to Become a Master Trader.
Please note that, once your account has been approved as Master Trader, your account will not be able to be a follower anymore and this action is not reversible.
Can I edit my Master Trader Profile?
Traders have the option to modify their profile picture and display names displayed on the platform. However, Master Traders are required to submit an email request to support@zoomex.com along with the necessary supporting information.
Please note that once you make a change, you must wait 180 days before changing it again. Master Traders are not allowed to include any links, or sensitive and abusive information in their profiles.
Can I cancel my Master Trader status?
Currently, master status can't be revoked or canceled. However, you can create a new account that allows you to start copying and follow different master traders as a copy trading follower.
Why can't I find my Master Deals in the full Master Deals list?
Once a Master Trading Account has been activated, it must fulfill the requirement to be ranked before your profile can be searched in the "Search Master Trader" list.
Why can't I find my profile on the top of recommended Master Traders page?
The profile ranking of a trade master will be adjusted randomly in this list, not just based on absolute performance. As a result, you may notice that in some cases, better-performing masters are not displayed on the top trade masters page. However, having positive P&L and ROI will boost the chance of your profile to be shown at the top of the list.
How are the benefits of Zoomex contract copying transactions distributed?
Profit Sharing Transfer Rules: Profit sharing will be processed on the next business day (T+1) following the closure of the position.
For example, if positions opened on the 19th are closed by the follower on the 20th, the profit sharing for this follower will be processed on the 21st.
Note: Followers can close their positions manually or follow the master trader's position closure.
