Zoomex now supports different types of deposit methods for our users. Here is a detailed operation process so that you can easily deposit by
1. Crypto Deposit
A crypto deposit is the transfer of crypto from an external wallet or another exchange via blockchain transaction to your Zoomex account. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make a crypto deposit.
Note:
- Please only deposit the supported coins using the supported chain listed on the Zoomex deposit page.
- USDT via TRC20: Zoomex does not support TRC20-based USDT deposits from smart contract address.
- ETH deposit: Zoomex currently only supports ETH direct transfer, please do not transfer your ETH using Smart Contract Transfer.
- XRP/EOS deposit: When transferring to the Zoomex wallet, please remember to fill in “Memo”(EOS) / "Tag" (XRP), otherwise, the deposit will not be successful. NOTE: Depositing without a memo/tag or with the wrong memo/tag may lead to the loss of assets. For more information, please refer to this page: FAQ - On chain deposits
If you have registered an account on Zoomex, click the icon located on the homepage navigation bar as indicated by the arrow and select "Deposit" or click the link: https://www.zoomex.com/user/assets/deposit
After you have entered the deposit page, you need to select the following:
- Select Cryptocurrency: Choose the coin that you would like to deposit by either clicking the dropdown menu or the coin icons on the right.
- Select Deposit Network : Please ensure you choose the correct chain and currency type.
- Select Receiving Account: Select either Funding or Trading account as your receiving account.
Once you’ve made these selections, you can either scan the QR code under “Deposit Address” to deposit funds or click the icon next to the address to copy the deposit address. Then, use this address as the destination address to which you can send the funds.
Step 3:
After completing the deposit, check the deposit status by clicking “All records” on the asset page.
Step 4:
To review the deposit completion status, select the type “On-Chain Deposit”. Then, click “View Details” to see the details (address and TXID) of each deposit.
2. Buy Crypto using fiat currency
Zoomex has a wide range of channels for purchasing cryptocurrencies with fiat currency. It currently supports 35 fiat currencies and 3 cryptocurrencies, and Zoomex provides zero transaction fee cryptocurrency purchases. (Zoomex does not charge any fees, but third-party providers may impose fees.)

Step 1:
Hover your mouse over the 'Buy Crypto' option in the homepage navigation bar, click on 'Express' to access the Buy Crypto Express page.
Step 2:
On the Buy Crypto Express page, select the type of fiat currency and cryptocurrency, and enter the amount of fiat currency you wish to pay. After entering the fiat currency amount, the corresponding amount of cryptocurrency you will receive will be displayed automatically.
Important reminder:
If the entered fiat currency amount does not meet the minimum threshold, a prompt will appear, and the minimum threshold amount will be automatically entered.
Step 3:
Choose the corresponding payment channel, and by clicking on the respective payment channel, you will see the exchange rate and channel information.
Important reminder:
The prices displayed on this page are for reference only, and the final price will be based on the amount displayed after the transaction is completed.
Withdrawals are restricted within 24 - 48 hours after depositing through a service provider.
3. Nodex Pay deposit
At Zoomex, you can easily deposit any cryptocurrency by converting it to USDT using the web3 payment service "Nodex Pay" through Metamask, Coinbase wallet, WalletConnect and FaceWallet.
Currently, the blockchains supported for Slash deposits are Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon Mainnet, BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
The minimum deposit amount via Slash on Zoomex is 0.01 USDT, and the maximum deposit amount is 9,999,999 USDT.

Note:
Currently, Nodex Pay is only supported on PC. We will announce once it is supported on our APP version.
Step 1:
Hover your mouse over the 'Buy Crypto' option in the homepage navigation bar, click on 'Nodex Pay Deposit' to access the Nodex Pay deposit.
Step 2:
On the Nodex deposit page, enter the amount of USDT you wish to purchase and click "Confirm Order".
Step 3:
Select the web3 wallet among the listed options to make the payment.
Step 4:
If you want to change the network used for payment, click "Change."
Step 5:
Select the desired network.
Currently, the supported chains for Nodex Pay deposits are Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon Mainnet, BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
Step 6:
If a wallet popup appears, follow the instructions to select the network change option.
Step 7:
The available coins and their balances for payment will be displayed. Click on the coin you want to use for the payment.
Step 8:
When you select a token, the required number of tokens for the deposit will be displayed. If everything is correct, click "Pay" to proceed with the payment.
※ If you are using Nodex Pay for the first time, you will need to approve the transaction before making the payment.
Step 9:
Please confirm that the information displayed on your wallet is correct, and if so, click "Confirm".
Step 10:
After successfully submitting the transaction, you can check the transaction details by clicking "View on explorer".
To return to Zoomex, click "Back to Payee's Service".
It takes approximately 10 to 30 minutes for the deposit to be confirmed, including verification time.
