1. What types of coin deposits are supported on Zoomex?
In addition to the Crypto Deposit/Withdrawal page, you can also find the list of supported coin deposits on your Funding page. Kindly head to the Deposit page to see the supported blockchain of each coin deposit and its corresponding required blockchain confirmation for it to be reflected in your account.
Please be cautious not to deposit unsupported coins or use incorrect transfer methods, as there is a possibility that your assets may not be recoverable. The transaction ID (TXID) for deposits can be confirmed on the respective blockchain.

2. Is my asset safe when deposited in Zoomex?
You don't need to worry about the safety of your assets. Zoomex stores user assets in a multi-signature wallet. Withdrawal requests from individual accounts undergo rigorous inspection. Manual reviews for withdrawals exceeding the immediate withdrawal limit are conducted daily at 4 PM, 12 AM, and 8 AM (UTC). Additionally, user assets are managed separately from Zoomex operational funds.
3. How do I make a deposit?
There are different ways of making a deposit.
1. Create an account on a spot trading platform, purchase coins, and then deposit them into Zoomex via on-chain deposit.
2. Purchase coins using fiat currencies via our Buy Crypto Express function

4. Does Zoomex have a minimum deposit limit?
Yes. Depending on the coin type, some coins have a minimum deposit amount set.
We advise that traders check the deposit screen on Zoomex App.

5. Why did my deposit not arrive in my account?
The reason that you are not receiving the deposit in your account could be due to the reasons below:

Zoomex has specific requirements for the number of blockchain confirmations needed for various coins before the transfer amount can be credited to your Zoomex account. Please wait till the amount of confirmation reaches the requirement. You may confirm the amount via the table above. |
| Deposited coin with invalid or missing tag/memo |
The main reason why traders' deposits did not arrive timely is due to the improper inputting of the deposit tag/memo when making the deposit transfer. Since every Zoomex account shares the same deposit wallet address for coins that require a deposit memo/tag for XRP and EOS. Therefore, traders must input the correct tag/memo when they make the deposits in order for it to be credited. |
| Deposited through the Smart Contract method |
Smart Contracts deposit are not supported. Deposits must be completed using the Direct Transfer method. In case of accidental Smart Contract transfers, please submit a retrieval request through an email request. |
| Depositing unsupported coins or with unsupported chains |
Zoomex only supports the deposit of coins listed within each trader's Assets page and their associated standard blockchain. Nevertheless, in cases where a deposit of an unsupported coin or with an unsupported chain is made, please obtain the information such as TXID, coin type, amount, and blockchain link from the source of the wallet/platform and submit your request via email. Note: All asset recovery procedures are carried out on a best-effort basis and are subject to recovery fees. Zoomex cannot guarantee 100% asset recovery for all cases. In the event that Zoomex does not manage to perform an asset recovery, traders will lose their unsupported coin deposits permanently. |
