Zoomex only supports the depositing of coins listed inside every trader's assets page and its standard blockchain. However, in instances in which an unsupported coin is unintentionally deposited into a Zoomex wallet address, the Zoomex team may attempt an asset recovery procedure, subject to the following recovery fees.

To proceed in the procedure, please send us an email request to support@zoomex.com and we will contact you within 24–36 hours.

Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to proceed with the asset recovery procedure, traders are also hereby subjected to the following terms and conditions.

1. All asset recovery procedures are carried out on a best-effort basis. Zoomex cannot guarantee 100% asset recovery for all cases.
2. In the event that Zoomex does not manage to perform an asset recovery, traders will lose their unsupported coin deposits permanently.
3. For recovering any unsupported coin deposits, the coin type has to be listed inside CoinMarketCap's list of top 100 coins by market cap and has a valid transaction hash on the standard blockchain. Any coins listed outside the top 100 will not be eligible for an asset recovery attempt.
4. For recovering any unsupported stablecoin deposits, the coin type has to be listed within the top 10 stablecoins as indicated by CoinGecko and has a valid transaction hash on the standard blockchain. Any stablecoins listed outside the top 10 will not be eligible for an asset recovery attempt.
5. If the unsupported coin deposit is made using an unsupported blockchain, and the coin type is not listed inside Zoomex Assets Page, the handling fee basis will be the Top 21-100 fee rate.
6. Zoomex retains the final discretion to determine the eligibility of any asset recovery procedure.
7. All successful asset recovery procedures are subjected to a fee (table listed above), which will vary depending on the coin's equivalent amount in USD value at the point of attempting the asset recovery procedure.
8. Unless otherwise stated, all successful asset recoveries will be paid out in USDT equivalent coins (less fees) and will be credited into a Zoomex UID account. Zoomex will not process any requests to credit the USDT coin into any external wallet address outside the Zoomex platform.
9. Zoomex will refer to CMC's Cryptocurrency Converter Calculator to determine the value of the unsupported coin deposits in USD value.
10. In the event of extreme market price volatility, Zoomex reserves the right to re-evaluate the unsupported coin's value in USD and traders may receive a lower amount in USDT coin equivalent.
11. Zoomex and its team reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and without prior notice.
